About the Image
Guitar Lake, located below and west of Mt.
Whitney in Kings Canyon National Park, California.
I arrived here midday after
an arduous 4 day journey beginning at Onion Valley. There was
a wildfire going on in Sequoia NF which caused the sky to have
an unusual appearance. In the grassy meadow, two women can be
seen resting.
The
image has a 5:1 aspect ratio. A border is provided to make
framing easier. The
width of the border is 3/8 inch per edge on a 12 inch tall
print.
